Project Initiation Consulting

If you are starting a project, and need support for ist kick-off and want to know if simulation modelling is an option for your system, we offer consulting support based on our modelling expertise and can give you advice.

Modelling Support

We help you to build a model that you will use / develop later, we also can support on partial models to relieve your own ressources and allow you to advance quicker thanks to our expertise.

Full Simulation Studies

We offer full studies with our MEVB Suite, from system identification over modelling, until final simulation implementation. Further, we run different experiments and provide recommendations to you. Working closely with you allows us to understand the constrains of your system, and build the best adapted models to your needs.

Simulation & System Improvement

We identify best practices (control & management strategies, new automatisation algorithms) through our MEVB Suite and help you to integrate the solution into your operational system. Based on our simulation insights, we can largely reduce deployment & testing time. We can even improve your operations over time by making use of the simulation environment in parallel to real operation, for an iterative re-adjusment of your system in case of changed requierments.

Digital Twins and Training Simulators

Based on our experience in different simulation fields, we can provide you with customised training modules that are coupled to our MEVB Suite and allow together with dedicated hardware to provide training simulators for your staff.

Service after delivery

Commissioning

In every MEVB Project, after major release, a term of 1 to 3
months of commissioning is established based on the project`s
complexity, during such period the model or software will be
carefully checked and used by Customer in order to verify it
extensively. Some malfunctions and bugs may result during
this period and have to be fixed by MEVB. At the end of this
period the maintenance contract will took place.

Maintenance

The project will be maintained by using our CRM system
Mantis (https://www.mevb-consulting.ch/mantis/login_page.php) that
provide a way to access to MEVB help Desk. Every issues (i.e. request of assistance, bug, malfunction, etc.) have to be reported by accessing to the Mantis Web Tool with the Customer Username and password provided by MEVB.
