Our approach
Our approach is rigorous and is based on the model concept: in fact we start with a thorough understanding and reproduction of business mechanisms on our simulation platforms. Then we develop them by improving them, making use of the experience and ongoing scientific and technological update of our consultants. We arrive at a competitive positioning by implementing within your system what has already been tested and validated in our simulators. This approach is also based on careful analysis and experimentation, by utilising mathematical/statistical approaches (design of experiment-DOE), of case studies, implemented on a theoretic and scientific basis, and structured so as to resolve concrete problems of the world of production of both goods and services.
